1. Who we are

This website, ptrnsolutions.com, is owned and operated by PTRN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (بترن لحلول الأعمال), Commercial Registration No. 144213-1, an individual establishment registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("PTRN", "we", "us"). PTRN provides executive management consultancy services to business owners, boards and management teams.

2. Acceptance and changes to these terms

By using this website or engaging our services you accept these terms and conditions. We may amend them at any time; the version published on this page applies from the moment it is posted, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to the client in writing.

3. Services and pricing

PTRN provides professional consultancy services, including executive management advisory, business performance and turnaround, operational improvement, strategy and execution, organizational structure, and ongoing external executive support. Services are described on the main page of this website.

• Every engagement is scoped individually and confirmed in a written engagement letter or agreement before work begins.
• All fees are quoted in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
• No fee is due, and no engagement exists, until both parties have confirmed the scope and fee in writing.

4. Service delivery timeline

PTRN provides professional services; no physical goods are sold or shipped.

• Local (Bahrain): engagements typically commence within 5–10 business days of a signed engagement letter, delivered on-site and remotely as agreed.
• International: engagements are delivered remotely, on the same indicative timeline, unless on-site attendance is agreed in the engagement letter.
• Specific milestones and deliverable dates are set out in each engagement letter.

5. Shipping and exchange

Not applicable. PTRN sells consultancy services only; nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping costs arise for the client locally or internationally, and no product exchanges are possible. For cancellations and refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Payments and payment confirmation

• Invoices are payable by bank transfer or, where offered, by card through our licensed payment service provider's secure payment page. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never received or stored by PTRN.
• The cardholder receives confirmation of every successful online payment by email to the address provided at the time of payment.
• Refunds, where due, are made only through the original mode of payment — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Use of this website

• You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse it.
• The website does not offer user accounts. If, in the course of an engagement, you are given access to any credentials, portals or confidential correspondence, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality.
• Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute professional advice for any specific situation; advice is provided only under a written engagement.

8. Copyright and intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, the PTRN wordmark and visual identity — is the property of PTRN Business Solutions and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent. Materials produced under an engagement are governed by the intellectual-property terms of that engagement letter.

9. Warranty disclaimer

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. PTRN provides its services with professional skill and care, but does not warrant any particular business outcome or result; recommendations are made in good faith on the information made available to us, and decisions remain the client's own.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bahraini law, PTRN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or of our services, and PTRN's total aggregate liability in connection with an engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the client for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

11. Sanctions

PTRN does not provide services to individuals or entities located in, organised under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in countries or territories subject to comprehensive international sanctions (including those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control, OFAC), nor to persons designated on applicable sanctions lists.

12. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from this website or our services, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
