1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Information you choose to send us. The "Request a Discussion" form on this website does not transmit anything to us by itself — it prepares a message (name, company, email, mobile, and what you write) in your own email application, and nothing reaches us until you press send. What we receive is an ordinary email from you.
- Engagement information. If we work together, we hold the correspondence, documents and contact details needed to deliver the engagement.
- Payment information. Online card payments, where offered, are processed by our licensed payment service provider on its own secure payment page. PTRN never receives or stores card numbers. We receive only confirmation that a payment was made.
3. Cookies
This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security purposes (such as bot mitigation); these do not identify you to us and are not used for marketing.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements.
- To deliver, administer and invoice engagements, and to meet our legal obligations under Bahraini law (including record-keeping requirements).
- We do not use your information for marketing lists, profiling or automated decision-making.
5. Sharing
Your data is not sold, rented or shared with any third party for their own purposes. Information is disclosed only to service providers strictly necessary to operate (for example our email or payment providers, under their own security obligations), or where the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain requires disclosure.
6. Security and retention
Your data is processed in a secured manner: this website is served exclusively over HTTPS, collects nothing in the background, and engagement correspondence is held on access-controlled systems. We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, or as required by Bahraini law (commercial records are retained for the statutory period).
7. Minors
Our services and this website are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18; if you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain (Law No. 30 of 2018), you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where we have no legal obligation to retain it. Write to info@ptrnsolutions.com.
